Your Day-to-Day as a Client Sales Representative
- Welcome customers in person with a friendly, professional approach and create a positive first impression.
- Engage with customers to understand their communication, connectivity, and technology needs.
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, and current promotional offers.
- Recommend personalized solutions that align with each customer's lifestyle, budget, and communication goals.
- Process customer enrollments, account setup, and service activations accurately while maintaining company standards.
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, answering questions, and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team goals while participating in daily coaching and professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For in a Client Sales Representative
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
