Mobile Addiction Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, is looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Our goal is simple — to inspire smiles one meaningful connection at a time by Going The Extra Smile (G·T·E·S) in every interaction. We’re searching for team members who love helping customers, enjoy a fast-paced retail environment, and take pride in representing a fun, reliable wireless brand.
You’ll help customers find the right phones, plans, and accessories while providing an outstanding experience that reflects Cricket’s customer-first philosophy and Mobile Addiction Wireless’ local, community-driven culture.
Responsibilities
Go The Extra Smile (G·T·E·S)
- Greet every customer warmly and with genuine enthusiasm.
- Thank customers sincerely for choosing Cricket and supporting local business.
- Educate customers about plans, phones, and features — including Auto Pay, the myCricket app, and device protection options.
- Smile and create a fun, positive atmosphere that makes every visit memorable.
Sales & Service Excellence
- Understand customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Drive activations, upgrades, and accessory sales by confidently presenting products and promotions.
- Promote and explain financing options like Bread Pay to make devices more accessible.
- Engage with customers both in-store and online through posts, stories, and local community outreach.
- Maintain merchandising standards, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean and welcoming.
Teamwork & Operations
- Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management and daily store tasks.
- Support team goals by contributing ideas for local marketing, flyering, and social media campaigns.
- Represent Mobile Addiction Wireless with integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Retail or wireless sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly valued.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable upselling.
- Familiarity with social media and local marketing a plus.
