- Event Service Charges: Earn extra income directly from our bustling event business! In addition to your base salary, you will receive a portion of the service charges collected from private parties, corporate events, and lane catering.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation, and back-of-house staff.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive the success of the entire entertainment center.
- Deliver memorable experiences for our guests through excellent culinary execution.
Job Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3+ years of kitchen management experience.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations. (ServSafe certification is preferred, but we will train the right person).
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to work cohesively as part of a management team.
- Pace: Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
