Job Description :
We are looking to hire a Payroll Clerk to join our team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for reviewing and entering any missing punches/hours for employees.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Collecting, verifying, and entering employee missing punches
- Sending out daily missing punch reports.
- Updating employee schedules
- Scheduling weekend production work
- Answering employees’ questions and concerns regarding payroll
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies
- File payroll documentation
- Other job duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Previous experience in payroll department is a plus
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Able to interact professionally with managers, supervisors and employees
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (ie. Outlook, excel, word)
- Team player
Schedule
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
