Travel Respiratory Therapist – NICU

Shift: Days | 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 12-week travel assignment supporting a Level III NICU. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently with critically ill neonates while also maintaining strong adult critical care and airway management skills. This position is well suited for an RRT with strong neonatal ventilator experience, intubation skills, and the ability to respond effectively in high-acuity situations.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients
- Independently manage neonatal respiratory emergencies and airway needs
- Perform and assist with neonatal intubation and extubation
- Manage CPAP, BiPAP, IMV/SIMV and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation
- Monitor and manage mechanical ventilation and troubleshoot ventilator alarms
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
Experience:
- Adult critical care: 1 year (Required)
- Strong NICU/Level III neonatal: 1 year (Required)
- respiratory therapy: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:

- BLS (Required)
- ACLS (Required)
