Job Summary
We are hiring a Field Support Representative to support franchise owners throughout Long Island. This role is also a great fit for candidates with experience as a Print Production Specialist, Graphic Designer, Print Shop Manager, or Business Consultant.
You will work directly with small business owners to improve operations, increase revenue, and optimize print production workflows. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and business sides of the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with franchise owners to improve sales, operations, and profitability
- Provide guidance on print production, workflow efficiency, and equipment usage
- Support graphic design and file setup consulting using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Advise on marketing strategies and customer acquisition
- Review financials nd reporting to identify growth opportunities
- Troubleshoot production and operational challenges in real time
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners and staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and best practices
Qualifications (Keywords for Search Optimization)
- 3+ years of experience in print production, printing industry, or graphic design
- Experience in a print shop, sign shop, or commercial printing environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Creative Cloud
- Knowledge of digital printing, offset printing, large format printing, or bindery
- Strong understanding of business operations, sales, or small business management
- Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
