Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and professional Budtenders and Receptionists to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and assisting customers with product knowledge and recommendations. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Assist customers with product demos and educate them on product features and benefits
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
- Manage inventory levels through stock checks and reporting low stock items
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products and store policies
- Supervise or assist in supervising other staff members as needed
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and confidently
- Supervising experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
