Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features, benefits, and usage of various items
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure attractive displays and organized shelves that enhance shopping appeal
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing returns or exchanges
- Stock shelves efficiently, manage inventory levels, and participate in regular stocking routines to maintain product availability
- Upsell complementary products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
Qualifications
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and team coordination abilities
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions
