What You’ll Do
- Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatment plans based on each resident’s goals and needs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Collaborate closely with the care team to support independence, dignity, and quality of life
- Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where support, ideas, and encouragement are shared
- Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
What You’ll Bring
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to quality care
