We are seeking a candidate to join our successful team of hospitality professionals as a Part Time or Full Time Bell Person. Primary Responsibilities include:
* Greet arriving and departing hotel.
* Assist the guest by delivering arriving baggage to the guest room and remove departing baggage promptly.
* Transport hotel guest in courtesy van while obeying all traffic laws and hotel regulations.
* Provide the guest with directions in the hotel and surrounding areas.
* Ensure the front entrance and fire zones are clean and cleared of parked cars.
* Communicate with guests and respond to feedback in a
positive manner, resolving any service issues.
Requirements:
* Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
* Must be able to communicate effectively by radio and in person and engage the guest in conversation.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
* Must be able to work in a changing environment both in and outside.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and
