Dental Sterilization Technician – Entry-Level | Career Advancement Opportunity
Bright Smiles Dental Care is looking for a dependable, organized, energetic, and fast-learning Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team in Norton Shores, MI.

Previous dental experience is preferred but not required. More important to us is finding someone who is reliable, works efficiently, follows instructions carefully, and can learn new tasks quickly.
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments
- Operate sterilization equipment according to office protocols
- Follow infection-control and safety procedures
- Set up and break down treatment rooms
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Prepare instruments and supplies for dental procedures
- Monitor and restock dental supplies
- Maintain an organized sterilization area
- Transport instruments between treatment rooms and sterilization
- Help keep the clinical area running smoothly throughout the day
- Assist the dental team with other clinical support duties as needed

Experience
Previous experience in a dental office, medical office, healthcare setting, sterilization, housekeeping, food service, or another fast-paced environment is helpful but not required.
