As a Case Manager in our Emergency Shelter, you'll assist youth in becoming productive members of society by collaborating with internal and external partners for care and development of overall well-being. You'll also teach youth the necessary skills for long-term independence.

This Position:
We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, and four years' experience in Human Services or a combination of education and experience equal to above.
We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and group facilitation.
Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.

This is an hourly position, starting at $19.12/hour.
