Kawasaki Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support operations in our Aluminum Die Casting facility.
This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment across die casting, machining, and robotic systems. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment
Maintain and repair die casting, machining, and robotic systems as needed
Conduct routine equipment audits to support safety and reliability
Follow established procedures and safety standards within assigned areas
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Comply with all applicable systems and processes
The ideal candidate is someone who:
Takes initiative and works well independently
Has strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Is dependable and consistent in attendance and performance
Works well in a team-based, fast-paced environment
Is willing and able to work any shift, including overtime
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and electrical systems
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel
Successful completion of maintenance skills testing and interview process
Ability to meet post-offer requirements, including drug screen and physical
Exposure to moving mechanical parts and production equipment
Work in an aluminum foundry environment, including heat and molten materials
Moderate to loud noise levels (hearing protection required)
PPE required at all times, including eye protection and safety shoes
Frequent walking, standing, bending, squatting, and climbing
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Strong awareness and alertness in an active production environment
Visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, and depth perception
