The International High School for Health Sciences, located in Elmhurst, Queens, is a New York City public school that is part of the Internationals Network for Public Schools. We serve a 100% ELL population of recent immigrants to the United States. We are seeking a School Aide to join our team.
*Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the student Bathroom and Cafeteria
- Helping in the office doing filing or mailings
- Assist with receiving packages, including comfort lifting boxes onto a flatbed.
Speaking Spanish is an asset for this job. Hourly wage is low, but this job includes health insurance and entry into the New York City Public School System.
