We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in billing processes and possess strong skills in managing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and timely
Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies
Process payments and update billing records accordingly
Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status
Maintain and organize billing files and documentation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing information
Assist in month-end billing and reporting activities
Qualifications:
Up to 3 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role
Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
