Job Summary

Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person face to face and via phone, ensuring high-quality service with excellent phone etiquette and in person communication skills.
- Provide tailored solutions to customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analysis skills to enhance satisfaction.
- Engage in outside residential campaigns to follow up with clients, promote new services or products, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Assist with client onboarding processes, including explaining services, handling cash transactions when necessary, and updating client information efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues swiftly and improve overall customer experience.
- Support the development of customer service strategies by analyzing call patterns and feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
Qualifications
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency in English plus at least one additional language is preferred to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably in a direct sales environment or similar fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and the ability to handle multiple channels of communication simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a in person sales environment with confidence while maintaining positive client relationships.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
