Overview
Estudio Zoe is looking for a part-time Wedding Expo & Client Experience Coordinator based in Florida to help represent our wedding photography and film brand at bridal shows, wedding expos, and local networking events.
This role is ideal for someone who loves weddings, enjoys speaking with engaged couples, is organized with follow-up, and feels comfortable creating simple social media content during events.
We are not looking for a photographer or videographer. We are looking for a warm, professional, and reliable person who can help us grow our presence in Florida.
Responsibilities
- Represent Zoe Studio at bridal expos and wedding events across Florida.
- Speak with engaged couples and introduce our photography and film services.
- Collect and organize leads after each event.
- Help with client follow-up by email, phone, text, or CRM.
- Capture simple behind-the-scenes content, stories, and short clips for social media.
- Support basic booth setup and event preparation.
- Build relationships with planners, venues, and wedding vendors.
Qualifications
- Based in Florida, preferably near Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach.
- Friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable speaking with people.
- Interest or experience in weddings, events, hospitality, sales, or marketing.
- Comfortable creating simple social media content with a phone.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and availability for some weekend events.
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time: approximately 15–20 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule.
- $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience.
- Paid training.
- Mileage/travel reimbursement for approved events.
- Bonus opportunities may be available.
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
