POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for managing various aspects of human resources within DrinkPAK. They provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and practices. Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, handles employee relations issues, administers employee benefits, assists in training and development initiatives and the integrity of Workday.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions.
Investigate and address employee complaints, ensuring fair and consistent treatment. Independently manage employee relations issues from investigations, corrective actions, PIP’s, etc. in accordance with DrinkPAK’s processes.
Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions on topics such as incident reporting, time & attendance, leadership, and compliance.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment agreements, and performance evaluations.
