Step into an active kitchen where nothing is frozen. You will learn every station, from the front register to the grill. You will wash and cut potatoes, hand-form burger patties, and keep the dining room clean. We teach you how to handle the equipment safely and keep the line moving during busy lunch and dinner rushes. You do not need previous restaurant experience to start.
Qualifications to Apply
- Required:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods throughout your shift
- Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Preferred:
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to help your crew during heavy volume periods
- Problem-solving mindset when dealing with customer questions or fast-paced orders
Your Shift Tasks
- Take customer orders accurately at the front counter using the point-of-sale (POS) register system.
- Handle cash drawer transactions and return exact change with speed and precision.
- Prep fresh ingredients daily, including washing potatoes and hand-forming burger patties.
- Cook food to order as a grill operator or fry station attendant.
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure order accuracy and speed of service.
- Clean the prep areas, lobby, counters, and restrooms to maintain strict sanitation standards.
