Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hotel standards
- Oversee laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and maintaining linen inventory to support seamless guest services
- Prepare and serve a nutritious breakfast buffet or continental options with enthusiasm and attention to detail
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, laundry logs, and breakfast supplies to facilitate smooth daily operations
- Implement proper cleaning procedures using industry-standard techniques for floor care, surface sanitation, and industrial cleaning when necessary
- Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns related to cleanliness or amenities to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial roles with a focus on hospitality environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment
- Experience managing housekeeping teams or supervising cleaning staff is highly desirable
- Familiarity with laundry processes and maintaining linen inventories in a hospitality setting
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and quality assurance
