The Scales Operator is responsible for ensuring accurate weighing, inspection, labeling, and movement of finished parts at the end of the production process. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, proper documentation, and efficient material flow.
Pay $18.00-21.00 + $1.00 shift premium for 3rd
Key Responsibilities:

Weigh, verify, and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Ensure packaging and quantities match work instructions

Print and apply shipping labels and complete production records

Safely operate forklifts and move materials to finished goods inventory

Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and quality teams
