Select Savvy is seeking a dedicated and student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time, school-based opportunity in Charleston, South Carolina. This position is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact by supporting students with behavioral needs and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Working collaboratively with educators, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams, you will help develop effective behavior intervention strategies that promote student success in the educational setting.

Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB requirements
- Develop, implement, and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
- Review behavioral data and adjust intervention strategies based on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide coaching, consultation, and training to school staff on behavior management strategies
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as requested
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral needs using evidence-based practices
