JOB Safety sensitive position regulated under the Dept. of Transportation.
Estimated to work an average of approximately 20 hrs. per week.
Transit operations are based on a Monday through Friday and 1/2-day Saturday schedule, closed Sundays.
Starting pay $22.9444/hr. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Responsible for driving transit vehicles on an assigned route following all applicable regulations and laws;
- Drives charters within Daviess County when assigned;
- Provides courteous and timely service to transit and trolley customers;
- Responsible for maintaining clean vehicles and bus shelters.
