We are looking for a dependable, full-time Handyman Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside an experienced handyman, assisting with a variety of home repair and construction tasks. This position is ideal for someone with a basic construction background who is motivated to learn and grow in the trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general home repairs and maintenance projects
- Support the lead handyman with daily job duties
- Prepare job sites and clean up after work is completed
- Safely use hand tools and power tools
- Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of construction or home repair
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Familiarity with common tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to report to the office daily
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous construction or handyman experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
