Mechanical Engineer – What You’ll Do

Design and develop lightweight, high‑temperature insulation components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Conduct FEA/CFD thermal analyses to validate material performance under extreme conditions

Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to refine formulations and streamline processes

Prototype, test, and validate thermal, fire, and acoustic insulation systems in the lab

Engineer mechanical upgrades for textile machinery (looms, automated sewing, laser cutters)

Troubleshoot production issues and implement cost‑effective design improvements

Prepare technical documentation: design specs, test reports, and manufacturing guidelines

Ensure compliance with FAA, ASTM, and ISO industry standards
Mechanical Engineer – What You Bring

B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
-
3+ years of mechanical design, thermal analysis, or materials engineering experience (insulation/composites a plus)

Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Hands‑on experience with weaving machines, sewing systems, laser cutters, or coating equipment

Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent written/verbal communication skills
