Dental Assistant — Every Friday Afternoon Off | Boulder, CO
Done by noon every Friday. Weekends are yours. No evenings, ever.
Radiance Dental in Boulder is looking for a dental assistant to join our team. Experience is preferred — but if you're reliable, coachable, and great with people, we'll train you. This could be the start of your dental career.
You'll work chairside in a modern, tech-forward practice (digital X-rays, CBCT, iTero scanning, same-day crowns) where patients are treated like people, not appointment slots.
We treat our staff fairly — and we notice hard work. Show up, grow your skills, and there will be real opportunities for advancement here. We'd rather promote from within than hire over you.
Schedule (in person):
- Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20/hr — negotiable with experience
What we're looking for:
- Punctual and time-conscious — our schedule runs on time, and so do we
- Professional in how you show up, communicate, and treat patients
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working directly with patients
- Able to pass a background check (required — you'll be working hands-on with patients)
