What You'll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see and play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Accurately take guest orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Expedite food orders by ensuring every order is accurate, complete, and delivered promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room, front counter, and beverage station.
- Restock sauces, beverages, paper products, and front-of-house supplies throughout your shift.
- Answer guest questions and make menu recommendations.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve leadership when needed.
- Assist with food running, cleaning, stocking, and other front-of-house responsibilities.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining excellent hospitality.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop your skills.
- Support our mission of giving back through our Feed the People program.
- Help create a ROCK STAR experience for every guest.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as business needs require.
