We have an immediate openings for PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGERS to join our fast-paced team. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Meet with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases and provide case updates.
- Prepare and send client welcome letters.
- Open and establish claims for third-party liability, first-party Personal Injury Protection (PIP), Uninsured Motorist (UM), and Underinsured Motorist (UIM) claims.
- Draft and send Letters of Representation to insurance companies and other relevant parties.
- Assist clients with property damage claims and coordinate repairs or total loss documentation.
- Monitor clients' medical treatment and maintain communication regarding treatment progress.
- Respond to client calls and inquiries regarding case status, medical treatment, and general concerns.
- Enter and maintain medical provider information and case details in the case management system.
- Verify outstanding medical balances and billing information.
- Prepare, compile, and send settlement demand packages to insurance carriers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, and other related matters.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Filevine Case Management system preferred.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
Education & Experience:
- Experience in plaintiff personal injury or related field preferred.
- Experience in automobile insurance or related field preferred.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
