Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Welder for one of our valued clients in Casper. This role focuses on fabricating and welding heavy steel components such as truck bodies, buckets, cable reels, and tanks. If you take pride in precision work and safety, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG welding on horizontal and vertical welds
- Read and follow blueprints, welding procedures, and instructions
- Use air arc tools, grinders, and needle chippers to clean and finish welds
- Inspect welds for quality and perform rework as needed
- Operate overhead cranes and hoists safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Ability to pass in-house weld and bend tests (written and practical)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable attendance and strong safety mindset
Education & Experience
- 1-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred
- 3–6 months of welding experience
Work Environment
- Heavy steel fabrication facility
- Exposure to heat, noise, fumes, and overhead lifting
