Job Summary
We are seeking an Attorney with Collections experience for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a legal professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who is comfortable handling plaintiff-side matters involving banking, liens, HOA collections, and foreclosure-related legal work.
The Attorney will work closely with clients, defendants, and internal legal staff to explain the legal process, provide practical legal guidance, and help parties understand available options during difficult financial and property-related situations. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle legal matters involving collections, banking, liens, HOA foreclosure, and related plaintiff-side proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, defendants, homeowners, and involved parties to explain the legal process and provide appropriate legal guidance.
- Review case files, documentation, account information, lien records, and foreclosure-related materials.
- Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence, pleadings, notices, and other case-related documents.
- Work with clients and opposing parties to help resolve matters efficiently and professionally when possible.
- Maintain accurate case activity, deadlines, and documentation in accordance with firm procedures and legal requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 to $110,000 per year.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Mostly in-office position.
- Benefits include vision, dental, and PTO.
- Health insurance is not offered.
