As a Quality Control Technician, you'll help ensure our concrete products consistently meet company and industry quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

Perform quality control testing on concrete and raw materials

Collect and test aggregate, cement, and other production materials
-
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately

Assist with troubleshooting concrete performance and quality concerns

Maintain organized testing records and documentation
-
Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and inspection-ready
-
Work closely with the Quality Control Manager to maintain company quality standards

Follow ASTM, company, and industry testing procedures
-
Maintain required certifications through training, testing, and continuing education
-
Promote a safe work environment by following OSHA regulations and company safety policies

Assist with additional quality and testing projects as needed

High School Diploma or GED
-
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to perform calculations involving percentages and variables
-
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lift up to 80 pounds

Commitment to workplace safety

Must reside within approximately 45 minutes of Murfreesboro, Tennessee
