We are seeking a part-time Commercial Property Manager for a mid-sized industrial park in Costa Mesa. The property consists of six buildings with approximately 80 office/warehouse suites.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, and proactive team player who can foster a professional, community-oriented atmosphere among tenants, vendors, and company staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations/Light Maintenance Duties:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants
· Manage vendor relationships and obtain bids as needed
· Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to ensure the property is well maintained
· Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on maintenance needs
· Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs
Administrative Duties:
· Assist with lease file administration
· Collect monthly rents, make bank deposits and enter into accounting software program
· Maintain accurate records and reports for tenants and property
· General administrative duties related to property operations as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior commercial property management experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn accounting and leasing software
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus
Additional Information:
This role focuses primarily on property oversight and coordination. Hands-on maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
