We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Rooftop Bartender to join our team at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a rooftop bar environment and possess excellent customer service skills to create a memorable experience for our guests.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and inventory management.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a rooftop bartender or in a similar bartending role preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
