As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in keeping our high-speed production and packaging equipment running smoothly. You'll work with a team of skilled professionals in an environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are the top priorities.
What You'll Do
· Maintain Equipment Excellence: Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed production and packaging systems.
· Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.
· Collaborate for Success: Partner with production teams during equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments to minimize downtime.
· Embrace Continuous Improvement: Participate in Kaizen events, support root cause failure analyses (RCFA), and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
· 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
· Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication
· Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC–controlled equipment.
· Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems
· Knowledge of PLC diagnostics and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
· Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance.
· Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability.
· Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders.
· High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.

· Continental AM Shift – 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Continental PM Shift – 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
· Occasional Weekend work
