Courier / Building Maintenance Person

ResourceOne Medical Billing is seeking a Courier/Building Maintenance Person to join our team.
Location: The Liberty House – Downtown Columbia, SC (12 blocks from USC)
Hours: Up to 25 hours per week, mornings or afternoons; weekends optional if desired

Requirements:
- Presentable appearance
- Good driving record
Responsibilities:
- Daily bank and surgery center runs using the company car
- Changing out lightbulbs and filters
- Painting
- Ordering supplies
- Picking up litter and disposing of trash
- Mowing
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, responsible, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable with light physical labor (lifting, standing, outdoor work)
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and routine building upkeep
- Punctual and able to manage time independently across varied tasks
- Professional, presentable demeanor when representing the company on runs
