Job Description
3C’s Concrete Work LLC is seeking an experienced, high-integrity Crew Lead / Field Supervisor to serve as leadership's right-hand person in the field. We are a commercial concrete company in Western Kentucky.
In this role, you won't just be pouring concrete—you will be leading our crews, driving excellence, and ensuring our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met on every job site. If you have deep technical concrete knowledge, natural leadership skills, and want a stable, long-term career with a family-led company rooted in faith, humility, and accountability (Christ, Craig, and Contracts), we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Field Leadership: Serve as the on-site leader, directing crew members and ensuring all daily tasks, pours, and formwork are executed efficiently and correctly.
- Right-Hand to Ownership: Act as the primary conduit between ownership/management and the field crew, maintaining clear communication on project progress, staffing, and site needs.
- Technical Execution: Oversee and assist with all phases of concrete placement, including setting complex forms, grading, pouring, and achieving professional finishes (broom, mag, steel-trowel).
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce strict safety protocols (PPE, seatbelts, job-site safety) and maintain 3C’s rigorous quality standards on every commercial and industrial project.
- Time & Resource Management: Coordinate equipment, materials, and crew deployment on-site, ensuring jobs stay on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven multi-year background in commercial concrete construction, form carpentry, and crew supervision.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead people, earn respect on the job site, and hold team members accountable without sacrificing collaboration.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of concrete installation methods, laser levels/grades, formwork, and finishing techniques.
- Reliability & Professionalism: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, dependable transportation, and a professional demeanor when interacting with general contractors and clients.
- Core Values Match: A strong alignment with our values of excellence, ethics, integrity, and accountability.
Compensation: Competitive pay, commensurate with experience. Wage is negotiable based on your level of commercial concrete expertise and leadership background.
Why Join 3C’s?
- Competitive Pay & Overtime: Weekly pay with regular overtime opportunities.
- Robust Benefits: SIMPLE IRA with a 3% company match, paid vacation, and paid holidays.
- Stability: Consistent, year-round commercial work across Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois, and Western Tennessee.
- Career Growth: Real opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding, leading regional contractor.
