Pay: $18.00–$50.00 per hour
This position includes mileage and fuel reimbursement opportunities, 100% of customer tips, paid add-ons, and a $50 recurring-client bonus for each qualifying client, up to 10 clients and $500 total. Job Description
Affordable Cleaning Today LLC is looking for experienced house cleaners for move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, and residential home cleaning jobs throughout Pasco and Hillsborough County.
This role is best suited for someone who understands how different each home can be and can adjust their cleaning approach based on the condition of the property. We are looking for cleaners who can work efficiently, manage their time well, and handle detailed cleaning work without needing constant supervision.
This is a solo and team-based role. Depending on the job, you may work independently or alongside another cleaner. Move-in, move-out, and deep-cleaning jobs may be assigned to a two-person team, while recurring and general residential cleanings may be booked as solo jobs based on experience, availability, and job fit.
This structure creates more scheduling opportunities while allowing reliable cleaners to take on a variety of jobs and maximize their earning potential.
The Right Candidate Should Be Able To
- Estimate cleaning time based on the condition of the home
- Manage time well while maintaining quality
- Work independently without constant supervision
- Work efficiently with another cleaner as part of a two-person team
- Understand the difference between clutter, deep cleaning, move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, maid service, and general home cleaning
- Understand the difference between regular home cleaning and maid service cleaning
- Prioritize the most important areas when working within a set time frame
- Communicate clearly when a job may require more time than expected
- Handle detailed cleaning tasks such as ovens, refrigerators, baseboards, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, blinds, and other common deep-cleaning areas
Experience with move-in and move-out cleanings is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate should understand that each job can vary depending on the condition of the home, the amount of clutter, the level of detail required, and the type of service being performed.

Compensation
Estimated earnings: $18.00–$50.00 per hour
Earnings are based on experience, efficiency, job scope, and performance.
This position also includes paid add-ons, performance bonuses, mileage and fuel reimbursement opportunities, and 100% of customer tips.
Recurring-Client Bonus
Earn a $50 bonus for each recurring client after the client’s second completed service.
Qualifying cleaners may earn this bonus for up to 10 recurring clients, for a maximum total bonus of $500.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of two years of verifiable professional cleaning experience
- Strong move-in and move-out cleaning experience preferred
- Strong deep-cleaning experience preferred
- Some recurring residential cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete detailed cleaning tasks involving kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, blinds, appliances, and high-touch areas
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work well with another cleaner as part of a team
Equipment and Transportation
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ability to travel to jobs throughout the service area
Availability
- Daytime availability preferred
- Most jobs are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
- Ability to accept multiple jobs per week preferred
- Some Saturday availability preferred
- No Sundays
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and extended physical activity
- Comfortable performing detailed cleaning tasks for several hours at a time
Other Requirements
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Professional communication skills in English
- Background check required
Onboarding
The subcontractor will be responsible for initial background-check and onboarding fees of up to $50, which will be reimbursed through payroll following the successful completion of the trial period.
There are no additional onboarding costs.
