Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced server with open availability to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. Previous serving experience and strong communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing an outstanding guest experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Recommend menu items, daily specials, and upsell where appropriate to elevate the guest experience.
- Serve orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Process payments and maintain a clean section.
- Assist with setup/closing duties as needed.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure success.
- Experiece behind the bar is an huge plus
Qualifications:
- Previous server or sales experience required.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
