Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote services, gather information, or follow up on inquiries
- Provide accurate information about products or services using clear communication and professional phone etiquette
- Maintain detailed records of call interactions through precise data entry in our computer systems
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
- Lead or support team efforts by coaching staff on best practices in customer service and communication skills
- Analyze call data to identify trends, improve outreach strategies, and enhance overall call center performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and medical terminology standards when handling sensitive information or medical-related inquiries
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse client bases
- Strong understanding of HVAC terminology and office procedures is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances outreach effectiveness (But not required)
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and basic office software
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on phone etiquette and professionalism
- Previous HVAC office experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong analysis skills to interpret call data and improve operational strategies

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
