Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, bell stand, garages and luggage storage areas.
Ensure luggage is handled safely and securely.
Follow all hotel safety and security procedures.
Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns immediately.
Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments.
Assist with special events, group arrivals, and VIP guests.
Support hotel operations as needed to ensure exceptional guest service.
