Responsibilities

- Support food service operations by bussing tables and clearing dining areas promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Aid in catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared foods and smooth service flow.
Skills
- Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in commercial kitchens.
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols.
- Basic culinary skills including food preparation and cooking support.
- Familiarity with bussing, serving, and supporting banquet or catering events.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward hospitality duties.
- Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
