Job Details
- Position: RN -Manager
- Pay Rate: $70-$80/HR on W2
- Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension
- Shift: 8 hours night shift
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Order Reason: New Opening
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee patient care operations during the overnight shift.
- Coordinate staffing assignments and provide support across all units as needed.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and quality care practices.
- Assist with clinical decision-making, staff guidance, and resolving patient care concerns.
- Maintain flexibility to float to different departments based on facility staffing needs.
