Responsibilities
- Install carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), sheet vinyl, and other flooring products
- Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors for installation
- Measure, cut, and install flooring with precision
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Dispose of debris properly
- Communicate professionally with customers and our installation team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional flooring installation experience
- Experience installing both carpet and hard surface flooring required
- Reliable transportation (van preferred)
- Professional installation tools
- Valid driver's license
- Current liability insurance
- Available to work Monday through Friday
- Ability to pass a background check (no felony convictions)
- Strong work ethic with a customer-first attitude
