General Function
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, channel activation strategies, customer onboarding programs, and go-to-market initiatives that drive revenue growth, customer adoption, and market expansion. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, commercial teams, and external partners to support customer engagement, training, and successful business execution.
The role will play a key part in building awareness and adoption for an innovative healthcare technology product category, engaging both professional audiences and end consumers. The Senior Marketing Manager will support category growth by developing integrated marketing programs, enabling channel partners, and driving successful commercialization efforts across North America.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives, growth priorities, and revenue goals.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, customer onboarding programs, channel activation strategies, and partner engagement efforts to support adoption and market expansion.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, events, and other channels while ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective deployment of marketing materials.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral, customer training materials, sales enablement resources, presentations, website content, and social media communications.
- Create and maintain content calendars, project timelines, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, programs, and customer commitments.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, commercial teams, customers, and strategic partners to support implementation, training, engagement, and ongoing business objectives.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and project expenses to ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Support account-based marketing, customer engagement programs, and channel marketing efforts designed to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve business outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and updates for customers, key accounts, senior leadership, and executive stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial marketing, channel marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, go-to-market initiatives, channel activation, account-based marketing, or customer engagement programs.
- Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience developing marketing collateral, customer training materials, sales enablement tools, and educational content.
- Strong analytical, business, and financial acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and performance metrics in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM/contact management systems and familiarity with creative tools and agency briefing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, work independently, and drive measurable results.
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage customers, key accounts, senior leaders, and executive audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting strategic partnerships, customer activation, and commercialization of products or services.
- Experience working with healthcare partners, insurance organizations, managed care organizations, key accounts, or channel-based business models.
- Experience in high-growth environments supporting revenue-generating programs and market expansion initiatives.
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
- Experience launching products in emerging categories requiring market education, awareness building, and category creation.
- Experience in regulated industries or healthcare-related marketing, including medical devices, wearables, or consumer health technologies.
