The Shipping & Receiving Associate at Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. – LSI Location plays a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, coordinating outbound shipments, and contributing to safe, efficient warehouse and logistics operations that meet customer and business requirements.
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with purchase orders and company standards.
Verify quantities, identify discrepancies or damaged goods, and communicate issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
Prepare, package, label, and process outbound shipments to ensure products are protected and shipped accurately and on time.
Operate shipping systems and carrier platforms to generate shipping documentation, labels, and tracking information.
Coordinate with carriers, freight providers, and internal departments to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate inventory transactions and shipping/receiving records within company systems.
Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
Supply production areas with required materials and assist with the movement of products throughout the facility as needed.
Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving area.
Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to support customer orders and operational objectives.
Follow all company safety policies, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve warehouse, inventory, and shipping processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
