About the Role
As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in G-Code programming and multi-axis machining to drive production efficiency and ensure every part meets rigorous engineering standards.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes to achieve precise production outcomes.

Translate technical blueprints and CAD data into high-quality finished components.

Optimize machine performance through proactive troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.

Conduct advanced inspections using precision gauges to guarantee strict adherence to GD&T specifications.

Collaborate with engineering teams to refine machining strategies and improve overall throughput.

Maintain a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace to support continuous production flow.

3+ years of hands-on experience in a precision machining or production environment.

Strong proficiency in G-Code, CNC setup, and changeover procedures.

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.

Technical degree or specialized certification in CNC machining.

Experience operating 5-axis VMC or advanced multi-axis lathe systems.

Familiarity with major machine brands such as Mazak, Okuma, or Fanuc controls.
