Responsibilities / Job Duties
- Maintaining, Troubleshooting, Repairing, Cleaning, Installing, Rebuilding, Retrofitting, of Industrial Equipment, Large Systems, Heat Treating Furnaces, Plating Lines, Presses, ... Etc.
- Upgrading Electrical Systems, Wiring, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Etc.
- Fabrication, Cutting, Fitting, Welding, Grinding, Drilling, Plumbing Etc.
· Troubleshoot problems and repair
- Repair or replacing worn out, damaged parts as needed. Belts, Bearings, Heat Tubes, Motors, Pumps, Pipe, Fittings, Etc.
- Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical Controls, Forklifts, Building and Grounds Care, would be a Plus.
- At times, Planning, Designing, Ordering, Recording, Note-Taking, Organizing.
· Hands on while Assisting with general maintenance as needed
- Willing to work alone or with a team. Self-Starter and can get along with Co-workers.
· Perform work in safe and responsible manner.
· Any duties as needed on shift
- Must be able to consistently work 40-45 hours per week.
· Reports to Upper Management
Skills
· Proven proven experience as industrial maintenance team member
· Above Average understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
· Great knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
· Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
· Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Trained in PLC and Drives will be a plus
- Valid Driver's License required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
