5 Star Fence is seeking an experienced Fence Installation Crew Leader / 1099 Subcontractor to handle residential, commercial, and agricultural fence installations throughout Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established fence installer who already has a crew, truck, tools, and equipment and is looking for consistent work without the hassle of sales, estimating, marketing, or customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of fence installation experience (Wood. Vinyl, Aluminum & Chain Link) to include building gates
- Must operate as a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Must have an established crew capable of completing projects efficiently and professionally (1-2 Labors)

- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to read site plans, measurements, and installation drawings
- Strong attention to quality and customer satisfaction
Portfolio Requirements
Applicants must provide:
- Photos of completed fence projects
- Portfolio or social media page showcasing previous work
- References from previous customers or contractors
- Description of crew size and capabilities

Compensation
