Last Stop PDX is back open after an exciting rebrand, bringing a fresh vibe and an elevated beverage program to the South Waterfront. We’re a neighborhood eatery & drinkery focused on quality cocktails, great local beer, and warm hospitality — and we’re looking for a hardworking, motivated bartender to join our growing team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is experienced behind the bar, passionate about guest experience, and willing to jump into all aspects of the operation. This is a hands-on position where you’ll craft drinks, cook simple food items, maintain a clean workspace, and help set the tone as we launch our updated concept.
Responsibilities include:
- Crafting high-quality cocktails and serving beer/cider/wine
- Cooking and preparing simple food items
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar and kitchen spaces
- Providing friendly, attentive service to all guests
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused environment
- Supporting opening, closing, and daily prep tasks
- Upholding food and beverage safety standards
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Has great communication and hospitality skills
- Is willing to learn and grow with a new concept
- Can multitask and stay calm under pressure
