We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician and Wax Specialist to join our dynamic beauty team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels,
- Provide waxing services for the face and body, including body waxing and hair threading to meet client needs
- Conduct eyelash extensions, tinting services, makeup application, and other aesthetic treatments to enhance clients’ natural beauty
- Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health
- Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions
- Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services or products while promoting retail sales
Skills
- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with experience working in the beauty industry
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques to promote skincare products and services effectively
- Familiarity with salon software platforms like MINDBODY for booking appointments and managing client information
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox, laser hair removal, and other aesthetic procedures
- Expertise in waxing services such as body waxing and hair threading with attention to sanitation procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
- Experience performing eyelash extensions, tinting services, makeup application, barbering or nail care is a plus
- Ability to follow all sanitation protocols diligently to ensure client safety at all times
- Knowledge of dermabrasion techniques and laser treatments is highly desirable
